Every project is scoped and priced in writing before work begins — you always know the price before anything is made. One-time services are billed at purchase or by invoice when the work is delivered. Subscriptions (such as monthly maintenance or care plans) bill monthly and can be canceled anytime by emailing alejandro@ojedaworks.com; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, with no further charges.
If you cancel before work on a project has started, you get a full refund. Once custom work has been delivered, it isn't refundable — but if something isn't right, say so and we'll fix it. That's how we'd want to be treated, so it's how we work.
