Ojeda Works is a sole-proprietor business in Napa, California, operated by Alejandro Ojeda. Contact: alejandro@ojedaworks.com.
This site has no accounts and sets no cookies of its own. If you email us, we receive what you send — your address and message — and use it only to reply and work with you. We don't sell personal information, and we don't buy contact lists.
The custom songs page has an order form. What you type into it (like your name, email, and the story for your song) is delivered to our email by FormSubmit, and we use it only to make your song and talk with you about it.
The site is hosted on GitHub Pages, which logs standard technical data (like IP addresses) per GitHub's privacy policy. Pages load fonts from Google Fonts and CDNFonts, and a graphics library from jsDelivr; those services receive the standard technical request data any web asset does. We don't control or receive that data.
We use an app we built ourselves, "Ojeda Works Poster," connected through Meta's official Instagram API. It is connected only to our own Instagram account, @ojedaworks. It is not offered to anyone else, and it never logs into anyone else's account.
The app is used to: publish our own posts; read the performance numbers for our own posts (like reach, views and saves); and read comments and direct messages sent to @ojedaworks, so we can answer them. A person always reviews a reply before it is sent.
What we keep: post numbers in a spreadsheet on our own computer, and the comments and messages people send us, which stay inside Instagram. We don't sell this information, don't use it for advertising, and don't share it with anyone except as Meta's own terms require.
If you commented on or messaged @ojedaworks and want us to delete anything we've saved about you, email alejandro@ojedaworks.com with your Instagram username. We'll delete it within 30 days and confirm by email. You can also delete your own comments and messages anytime inside Instagram.
We currently run no analytics on this site. If that changes (for example, adding Google Analytics), this policy will be updated first to say exactly what's measured.
California residents have rights under the CCPA, including knowing what personal information a business holds and requesting deletion. Since we only hold what you've emailed us, exercising those rights is one email away: write us and we'll answer or delete promptly.
This site is for businesses and isn't directed at children under 13; we don't knowingly collect their information.
If this policy changes, the date above changes with it. No silent edits.
